There are so many questions on here with people asking for tips, I thought it would be interested to ask a general question to see what people do to keep themselves fit and healthy.
I play golf about 3 times a week each round is about 8 miles "hiking type terrain", its funny because I have a friend who plays football every saturday for his company and he thought golf was an old farts game yet after 18 holes he could barely walk!
Pilates twice a week. Cardio 3 times a week and try to walk for an hour if not a class day. Dancing once or twice a week. Oh and I eat what I want in moderation. and I like a glass or two ,oh go on then 3 or 4 ,of wine.
i seem to lose a lot of weight just from housework
just had a baby, suffer bad morning sickness and i'm now 8 and a half stone. was 10st before baby. fitting back into my jeans from 4 years ago. knew i'd fit in them again one day!!!
had a friend visit today that i hadn't seen since i was 3 monts preggers and she was asking if i'm okay coz i'm that skinny since she seen me last. i'm eating plenty so i'm putting it down to housework, just hovering and dusting every couple of days and cleaning as i go works for me because i dont do any sort of sport and even after baby i wasn't able to go out
