How do you keep fit and healthy?

There are so many questions on here with people asking for tips, I thought it would be interested to ask a general question to see what people do to keep themselves fit and healthy.

Run on the beach about 5 times a week, for between 1-3 hours.
Workout at a gym about 3 times a week.
Do aerobics classes when I can fit them in.
Use weights at home for resistance exercises during the day.
Play tennis in the summer.
Mountain bike in the winter.
Drink around 6 litres of water each day.
That sort of thing.
Mr Marvel ... I like the "be nice to people". I think that's the best answer so far !!

housework
i seem to lose a lot of weight just from housework
just had a baby, suffer bad morning sickness and i'm now 8 and a half stone. was 10st before baby. fitting back into my jeans from 4 years ago. knew i'd fit in them again one day!!!
had a friend visit today that i hadn't seen since i was 3 monts preggers and she was asking if i'm okay coz i'm that skinny since she seen me last. i'm eating plenty so i'm putting it down to housework, just hovering and dusting every couple of days and cleaning as i go works for me because i dont do any sort of sport and even after baby i wasn't able to go out
