hungry or not??

this is very strange.... lately i noticed my body's been playing tricks on me.
when i'm hungry (so i thought i was) as in really really hungry, i go and make something to eat, as soon i start eating.. my body tells me I'm not hungry anymore.... whats happening? (these are like not eating for 5-6 hrs)

Try smaller, more frequent snacks as opposed to making full meals - slow-release carbs that keep you going until the next meal, like porridge and bananas - and then a jacket potato with baked beans or cheese for lunch/dinner. Also, going out for a brisk walk can increase your appetite. Hope you soon get back into a healthy eating routine. x

thanks for the advice, yeah im always stressed out and feeling depressed nothing new there, but im trying to keep meself busy by taken up new hobbies etc.
i dont really have proper meals at all, so thats why when i feel hungry, my body probably telling me it only wants a snack not a full meal cos its so used to it. but i think i need to tell my body its proper meal time! lol
im not a big fan of bananas or porriges :-P anything else you can reccommend? xxx
