Why would you cheat if you truly loved someone? There would be no need, obviously if a person loved their partner, they wouldn't want to hurt them by cheating on them. But also, i do believe that you can love someone as a friend more than a partner, its different from being in love with them, but still, you wouldn't want to hurt them, so i think no you couldnt cheat if you were in love.
