I would love to be outside in my garden but unfortunately am suffering with back problems these days, so I have to go yet again to the physiotherapist. I am awaiting an appointment now for MRI scans. However, the sunshine has cheered me up and, more importantly, so have you. So Big kisses and hugs back to you and thank you so much for your greeting. How is the art work going these days?

Nice to see you BOO. You are very welcome. You may not realise that Woodelf is blind, hence the way everything is put in words. He has clever machinery which then can read things to him. Woodelf is also a talented artist.
I have always had back problems BOO, since the tender age of about 11/12. Since last October I have been suffering with sciatica and lower back pain which is driving me crazy. I went for a short walk on Thursday last and spent Friday and most of Saturday on the bed in pain. Because physio isn't really working I am now being referred to a specialist and for scans etc.
The weather is glorious and I want to be out and about and out of pain!

I'm sorry Lottie, I forgot to tell you that this morning I've been working on two sketches for a couple of landscapes or at least one landscape, but trying to decide which size board to use and this landscape will be a black and silver one. I have about seven other landscapes in various stages of completion and now with the nicer weather, I can hopefully get on with them...and I'm also re-writing my website and will be putting some more paintings on to it...some old, some or at least one, new...Smiles, Kisses and Hugs.
BOO, would you really like to have spiders crawling all over you 'cos that what strong painkillers make me think is happening. I can't take even the smallest amount of Codeine!
Thank's for your healing powers Woodelf. The Pysio has done some work on me today, including ultrasound. It may have worked a little, but then again, it may be your powers!
I shall be interested to see any new works of Art. Keep me informed.
Smiles, hugs and kisses.

Hello Bobbi! I went on a snowdrop walk at Walsingham Abbey this morning with a friend and the snowdrops were still in fine form - so very late this year. Friend and I ended up drinking coffee in the pub with a lovely fire blazing. It's been a beautiful day and I walked with just a sweater and no coat. Even my back feels better today. I love the beaches in your part of the world - they are very like the ones we have on the North Norfolk Coast.
