Perfectil Hair Skin and Nails

Further to my previous post, I have been taking these for a couple of months now, every day, but my hair doesn't seem to be getting any thicker. How long does it take, if it works at all ??

My hairdresser told me that good old fashioned Kelp thickens the hair.

You might be right about that NoM. I remember before I bought the Perfectil there was an advert in the Daily Mail - Jenny Bond was advertising something that made her hair thicker so I went to the chemist to buy it and it worked out around £60 a month ... the pharmacist said it had an extract in it 'from the sea' which made it so expensive ... but as Kelp comes from the sea as well, it makes sense. I will give it a go. Hope I don't grow hair on my face as well ...

omg! £60!? that's crazy! you can get the pills from Holland and barrett for just a few pounds!!!!!!

Growing hair on your face would require a surge of androgens (male hormones). I don't think kelp possesses the necessary properties to stimulate androgen production.

ooh la la what are the pills called ? one too many does bio amla make your hair greasy ? NoM I was joking about the hairy face.

Always strikes me as a bit strange that Jennie Bond and Cheryl Baker advertise/recommend 2 different products depending which magazine you happen to be reading at the time. If 1 product works so well why did they have to use the other one?

it's just called sea kelp, if you go in and ask one of the ladies they'll be able to show them to you. i don't take them anymore as i find they leave a funny after taste, but a lot of my friends swear by them.Good luck sweetie
