Ear Ache - Sqad?

I had my ears syringed about 12 weeks ago. Ever since then I regularly get a dull ache in my left ear. I may have once perferated the ear drum in this ear but that would have been about 20 odd years ago (and I don't remember it which is why I only say 'may'). It's not excrutiating pain which is why I haven't been to the docs. Any ideas?

p.s. sorry for all the spelling mistakes.

Deary me! Who would have thought a simple question about ear ache would cause such a ho ha.

I would like to point out that I am an adult and am fully aware that asking medical questions on any website is not the same as being examined by a doctor in a surgery. I know that any information given on here is simply advice and it is up to me what I do with it.
I appreciate all the answers received, whether your medically trained or not.

milly.....I do indeed understand your sentiments and the only defence that I can give is, that this thread highlights how not to deal with a medical query.

I hope we have all learnt something from it.

I would just like to add to this that whenever I have any health worry about myself or my children (unless obviously one of them was in clear need of seeing a doctor urgently) Sqad is always the first person who comes to mind! I am sure he will agree with me as recently he's answered many of my queries and has set my mind at rest on lots of occasions.
Thats not to say no one else can apart from him but I dont think people need to put him down for, in my opinion, his excellent advice.

I understand SRN and SEN....these convey to me the true vocation of nursing and will always do so. Nurses who work on the wards supervised by a Ward Sister and at the head....a Matron. All these other "Nursing titles" to me just mean "jobs for the girls.

Why are people having a go at Sqad?
Think the majority (apart from the nurses) are flummoxed -well i am.We get advice but surely we are all adult enough to go straight to the GP if we think its serious enough.
The majority of things Sqad advises on are ailments which I for one wouldnt bother my GP with but still like advice and some reassurance.
