I took diclofenac over a long period while awaiting back surgery- they are the one thing that kept me mobile. And the alcohol kept me sane!! No problems.

Over the long term, this drug has been known to cause stomach pains / internal bleeding - might be worth watching for this side effect rather than worying about the odd drink. However, if you are getting vino collapso every night, your problem isn't the dicoflex.....
