Thought about this at a party last night where there were obviously lots of couples...

Do you still fancy your hubby/wife/mr/mrs/OH/whatever as much as you did before!?

Was wondering if you still look at them the same way after years of marriage r whatever and feel the same way!? (in my case like "RAaaaaaarrrrr" haha)

I also saw a saying aswell "when the butterflies stop its the beginning of the end" so that inspired me too!? Xxx

I still fancy my OH. Weve just celebrated 38 years married and 44 years together. Hes as gorgeous now as he was then. I would marry him again. Some people take their vows again dont they. I think I would too if we are still around in 2 years to celebrate our Ruby wedding. I think it would be lovely and romantic. A card from our son of 32, said we were two old romantics xx

not sure about oh but really fancy sqad
Ummmm. Don`t know Cara. One lucky lady. Do you think if she doesn`t want Ratter I could have him?
I'm sure she wouldn't mind ;-)
gness lol, Carakeel has said no, she aint letting go. Oh well :))
I still fancy my chances, but I can't get away from the pall of desperation that hovers above me. :-)
Can't say that I do. I only went for him because I discovered that Sqad was no longer available. I spent ALL those years dreaming of squeezing his fresh orange juice and lovingly pressing his cravats whilst dressed in my silk blouse and stockings...........
lol BM....
Oh well :( .........Don`t blame her Ratter.x
Sorry gness, I wouldn't give my ratter up for anything or anyone in the world! :o) Even though we do have different opinions on some things, we don't need to argue about them. We come from different backgrounds and upbringings and none of it matters. I adore him because he is an honest real man whose strength allows him the freedom to respect and love, without needing to controle the woman he loves. He has never tried to change me or tell me how to live my life, unlike my previous husbands. He gives me courage, respect and so much love. What more can any woman want? A millionaire? Well, ... naaaaaah! Been there done that, was a total waste of time!! lol
^^^^^ thank you Carakeel, now back in the kitchen where you belong!!

:))
You grow together if you stay together for life. When I looked at my husband I saw the man I loved, he never looked any different to me. We were married for 63 years. Neither of us was perfect - we didn't agree on everything, but we loved each other.
Yes
Starbuck, what a nice lady you are. I like you. :o)

I love my husband dearly and wouldn't change him or my life with him for anything - but I still fancy George Clooney. Just not as much as I fancy my husband. ;o)
That's good - I like you too Naomi.
Thank you, Starbuck. :o)
Oh well, back to the speed dating Gness. Seriously though Cara, isn`t it great when you have the good fortune to meet someone like Ratter? I did. They sound much the same and I had thirty years of fun with someone who made me really happy. Wishing you both all the best.x
Better stop now in case I make anyone baulk!
gness, I think Starbuck and I probably already did that. :o)
I gave OH my mother's wedding ring.

I'd had it engraved inside with "one soul in two bodies"

Down all the years and our trials, it's still true.
Naomi. Had to stop and think for a minute whether you and Star had made someone baulk or put in a bid for Ratter!
I think it's lovely, and regardless of what Sqad said, men do feel the same, so my OH says...
