I’M Jealous. What Should I Do???
17 Answers
I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now, and we’ve grown kinda distant, since we don’t have classes together and the teachers won’t let us sit in our normal area. We don’t even text as much now. Everyday he ends up sitting with his female friend, and I’m starting to get kinda jealous. I don’t like being jealous, but I don’t know what to do about it. I’m too shy to say anything to him, cause I don’t want to be a burden. What should I do??

Don't text him and if he texts you leave it at least a couple of hours before you text him back...make out that you have lost interest except as a friend. Make new friends with other people and open up the possibility of new people in your life. You sound quite young so the world is full of endless opportunities I would suggest you need to concentrate on your school work and your future plans at the moment.
If you are the jealous type, then you ARE the jealous type and there is nothing, but nothing that you can do about it. There are varying degrees of jealousy and of the most serious type, goes anguish, pain and mood changes which makes life difficult.
We ALL have a degree of jealousy and for some it is a sexual "turn on" to see their partner.."chatted up" but for others, it has the opposite effect.
Situation that you describe is that of a failing relationship....but who knows, human behavior and emotions are complex issues.
What should you do? NOTHING, just wait for a relation changing event, which may or may not arrive.
Jealousy comes with an inferiority complex mixed with an anxiety state.
