This guy I know texts me out fo the blue when I was out asking was out tonight his end and I i said no but il be around ther tuesday.
He textd me back saying well I think you should come harrow....
I cudnt as I was out with mates, anyway the week after I bumped into him outside a bar but he was just leaving to go a party, he said we cant just keep bumping into eachother n jus be a hi and a bye.
But i feel that he was that botheres hed text me to go out for a drink. im a bit confused by it.
He then rang be at the party to say he was coming back to the bar and asked was i still there, but he barely spoke to me even then.
What do you guys think?

It is very possible this guy likes you but is actually shy. It is also possible he is just trying to get into your pants so he is trying to play all 'hard to get'' in order to get you more interested.
