love - how do you know?

how do you know when your in love? a lot of people say you can just tell.
my boyfriend has been saying it to me for abour 3 months now, i said i wasnt ready so still not said anything. but now over the last couple of weeks ive really wanted to say it. when he says 'love you!' down the phone or when he is leaving in the morning i have to bite my toungue to try and not say it back. not becuase i dont want to but i guess im just very very nervous about saying it. ive never said that to anyone else before!
plus this is my first proper relationship.

in love is easy...heart skips beats breath goes away, can't asleep can't eat all that stuff....whether he is your lifelong "one" well that's harder

oh im not worried about the lifelong one thing. but i do think about him all the time, and my heart does skip a beat when he does this little thing when he winks at me when no one else is watching, gah i love it!

Bit difficult though to separate the love thing from the lust thing when you are young!! My heart skipped many a beat, etc. from what I thought was love and was actually lust!!

Actually, I am not sure what 'Being in Love means'. It may well be connected to lust!

Anyway, enjoy it lumination. Tell him you love him if that's how you feel - it will make him so happy x

Oh ummmm, I can remember feeling like that. But I don't think it was real love. I suppose we all define love differently.

I've never been in lust I suppose. I'm a slow mover and tend to be certain of my feeling first. Although I do understand the excitement...just not the eating and sleeping thing..
