Well done everyone who lost. I can join you as lost 2lb this week making it a total of 100lb lost now! Getting there slowly but surely.

Awwww Jan, ((( hugs ))) you take care and get well soon. I don't know much about kidney stones and how they affect your diet, but I do hope your pain has subsided a bit now.

Keep drinking plenty of fluids and take it easy won't you.
Thanks Kacee and Maidup. Have some Weightwatchers sausages to try and am actually looking forward to dinner today. Not in so much pain now and am drinking lots of water.
Late again this week and by some miracle I managed to lose the 2 lb I put on last week and a half more. It is a difficult time of year to stick to the straight and narrow, just need to keep the end goal in mind.
Oh dear, Jan you poor thing. I have never had kidney stones but have heard how awful they are. What will "they" do about them?
For some unknown reason my AB subscription wasn't coming through last week so I lost a lot.

Well done Sheeamf. Sorry to hear you have been poorly Jan .What happens now are you having treatment for them to dissolve themselves or will you need surgery.
Good Morning All, Having been quite good without being saintly I have gone down 1½ pounds this week. I keep reminding myself of Christmas and the goodies I would like to eat which helps to keep me on the straight and narrow now.

Good Morning Xstitcher well done . I have stayed the same now that is no surprise. But still trying to lose that bit more . I have not touched any of the tins I have hidden. If I do I will only have to replace them . Won't get them for half price again lol.
I'd be understating things if I said I was not happy this morning. Whilst accepting I've averaged a mere 8% over target on average over the week (mainly due to an odd Thursday when I didn't seem to eat a lot but on checking the packets the different things I tried seemed much more than expected) the scales are claiming I've gone up 1⅜ lbs over the week ! Stable would have been difficult to accept, but up ?!?!? And more unbelievable ¼ lbs up over the last 24 hours when I actually was under target ! Not the best start to the day :-(
Congrats to you guys, you seem to be doing better than I. Well done.
Oh dear, poor you OG I know the feeling all too well. Never mind, you are already on your way now to next week's weigh in....good luck..
Good for you, xstitcher. I am pleased to say I have lost 2lbs this week. A bit surprised since I had a couple of bad days when I seem to want to eat everything in sight. Another 2lbs and I will have reached my target for end of October. Never thought i would do it!
I wouldn't worry about the odd difference in weight each day OG. Weight can vary by around a lb between night and morning even. That is why I always try to make sure I weigh myself at the same time each week and I do my weigh-in just before I hop into the bath so no worry about light or heavy clothes.
At least you haven't put any weight on, Wendilla, which is always a bonus. I am going out for a meal on Friday night so don't know what next week's report will be like!
Well done Spotit. You would have won your bet as I have still 6 lbs to go and I have to go out for a meal this weekend and as it is a birthday meal I won't be allowed to skip WELL THAT'S MY EXCUSE.

I only thought I was doing well as I have lost 20 lbs. 200lbs, Jan, that is absolutely fantastic. Many congratulations.

Thanks but I did have an awful lot to lose. Started at the beginning of September last year so taken me 59 weeks.
That is soooo impressive Jan. I'd take my hat off to you if I was wearing one.
