Well done everyone who lost. I can join you as lost 2lb this week making it a total of 100lb lost now! Getting there slowly but surely.

My sins this week
Dinner out and pudding was honeycomb and icecream in a big glass followed by a Bailleys coffee and because I was not driving 2 glasses of wine.
Pizza delivery and shared a bottle of wine.
One scone jam and cream at asda .
Think that says it all. Well it was my Birthday week so that's my excuse
Be back later when I go back upstairs.

Well done Maidup and OG for going in the right direction. I've gone in the wrong direction by 1lb in 2 weeks (I didn't weigh last week). My sins are several biscuits, a pizza, two chocolate trifles, and last Friday had several brandy and cokes. I wish the nights weren't coming earlier it makes me want to snack.
Happy Birthday Wendilla! Well done maidup and OG. I am not feeling too bad as I was really naughty this week so no loss but have managed to stay the same. A bit disappointed overall as I have missed my target set for end of October by 2lbs but November is another month so I will just have to try harder.

I've forgotten what it's like not to have to worry about my weight. Sigh. Ah well, well done everyone who's lost and hope anyone on the naughty step has a better week coming up. I don't weigh in til tomorrow morning, so it'll be on the Nov thread probably, but fingers crossed. :)
