Anyone managed to resist the Halloween treats? Don't suppose the kids wanted a banana instead did they :-).
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

If you must take a break trigger, my advice is to try not to go in reverse looking for comfort. Catch you here when you get back then ;-)

You have done so well Jan. Now you have just a week to go before your op and 3 months without the scales. After you come home and the post operation feelings are over just try and keep on doing what you have been doing so well up until now, minus the wobbles of course. You could start now making notes for yourself about things you may forget later.
Well done xstitcher. I think our bodies and have rest times are periods of weight loss but eventually get going again. Its certainly been the case for me after not being able to move anything during Sept/Oct, November has been extremely kind to me. Maybe its the shift in weather and the body storing up for winter, but thankfully mines decided to risk it again and let go!
I have lost another 3lb this week which makes me half a stone lighter than I was at the start of the month. I've had a few naughties too, (a scone with a friend and a danish pastry at a breakfast meeting yesterday) but I've not allowed them to ruin the week altogether and got back on track soon after.
Soup without bread? I never thought I'd be able to do that, but its a winner!De-lighted.
Good luck to you all and onwards and downwards.

Oh dear, naughty step for me too I'm afraid as put 2lb on. First gain for a while so not too bothered and think the hospital food next week will probably help lose a bit. Got to weight myself tuesday next week as go in first thing wednesday so will try and be good this week to get that 2lb off again.
