Hi all!

Previous on Onwards & Donwards: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1546854.html

I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.

Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?

Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)

How are you getting on?

Thanks again Ed.
Lost last week's gain. Back down 0.2 lbs.
Thanks Ed. I'm sitting on the naughty step, that's how I'm getting on!
Good going OG
Thanks. Very likely I won't be in a position to weigh in next week. But I'll make sure the regulars have lost lots :-)
Haha OG I weighed myself today as I just couldn't live with yesterdays reading and sure enough I'm down a pound.
Ah, I went up horribly today :-( But checking up I wasn't very good yesterday, and I'd not even realised because lack of enthusiasm means I don't tend to note as I go and haven't done so for a while. I have an occasional catch up of what I can recall, and then tot up of the figures the next day. Not the way to go really as one can not compensate later in the day for "sins" committed earlier.
I wouldn't have time for all the paper work you seem to do or is it on the pc but still time consuming.
I note it on the PC; but if I have something running full screen I can't be bothered to get out, make the note, then bring it back again. Over a decade ago when I went to WW we were expected to note stuff as the day went on, to avoid going over goal, but I always found it easier (and more readable) to type on the PC than scribble on a pad. More permanent too in case I wanted to check how the trend was and how I managed a past 'good' day.
I agree about using the pc or iPad for lists etc. OG. It's much easier and as you say readable. I use Colour Notes on my smart phone which saves all my out of the house errands. It's great.
Good morning all,
Down again 500 gm or 1/2 pound. I'm getting a cramp patting myself on the back.
well done xstitcher you are on a downward roll now keep it up .I am just a fraction under staying the same .
No scales today.
But keep up the good work ;-)
Thanks OG enjoy your holiday.
Thanks. Not really a holiday. Back in Bristol intending to go across the water for the Brian Cox lecture this evening. Should be interesting.
Good morning all,

I'm the same, can't complain.
That's not so bad.

Since the 15th I've gone up 2.4 lbs, which is what a week away from home does for one. But at least I'm down 1.2 lbs from yesterday.
Just the two of us around today then.
I'm surprised to see you OG, I thought you'd still be away. You haven't done baldly considering.
It seems to be tea for two today........
The (long) weekend was only extended to a week because of the mid-week lecture. Was a shock to get on the scales yesterday though.
