I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.
Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?
Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)
Unexpectedly an extra long weekend away this time; I was naturally anticipating the worst when I stepped on the scales this morning, but it claims I'm 1 lb down over the week ?!?!

I used to work for SW. The little tablet they read the weights out from automatically works its out . It's the person whose lost the most out of everyone who has lost the his week PLUS either lost or maintained last week. For example if Jane loses 7lbs this week but she gained 3 last week, and Ann loses 6lbs this week and lost half a pound last week then Ann would be SOW as her weight loss is more consistent.
A stayed the same week again should see a loss next week .As long as I don't gain I am ok with staying the same but would like a few pounds off . I know what to do it is just sticking to it .
That's a good loss OG. Just because I've been very good and careful I stayed the same....maybe next week I can match you with Wendilla and I planning to go down.
Good to see, but still above where I was mid-February. Been most peeved since then. But if I can lose another 1½ lbs and continue downwards then I might be back on course.
Morning May losers. Well afternoon now, forgot to note the results here again. Sad to say up 0.8 lbs. Went up last Thursday and didn't do much after that :-(
Morning well a nice surprise just a little over a pound but I put that down to not eating so much due to the weather .they say if you don't eat normally you don't lose so I may be just lucky .
