It was initially to monitor how I was going throughout the day, but after all this time it's got monotonous, enthusiasm has gone out the window, and I end up adding items and totting up some time after eating stuff. (Even been known to miss the odd thing.) It's been too long making no permanent progress.
I'm unsure how much liquid. I think it tends to vary. Typically two large mugs of coffee in the morning, mug of tea in the afternoon, anywhere between half a pint and two pints of near zero calorie squash late afternoon/evening. Other fluids I get from food.

It's a weird world. Had another high input 3 day weekend away from my home, but this time I actually dropped a bit. It makes no sense. Not enough to get excited about but interesting. Perhaps I'll put it down to the inexplicable delay that often seems to occur between overindulging in food & drink, and the scales spotting it.
