me and the wife had a house each (bar the one we lived in ).....anyway after a couple of bad tennants and we both thought the house market had gone as far as it could,we decided to sell them!!

if we had waited 4 more years we could of been mortgage free and have a bit more financial freedom...... but hey ho, life is!!!!!!!

I'd join the Army, as I did in 1966, but in retrospect, given the chance again, even though I did fairly well, i'd join a different regiment.

I wouldn't have wasted 4 years at college doing a course for a career I was never really interested in - just being there coz that what was expected of me!!

I wish I had trained to be a nurse when I was 18 rather than getting to 30 and realising it is what I wanted to do but now am to scared to give up what I've got and go back to college!

I wouldn't have dumped Mr Pippa when I was 15...therefore, not married my ex. That way I would have not made bad financial decisions & we wouldn't be having the sh1t kicked out of us by the CSA and actually made some money out of a previous property.
