I've just signed in to my Halifax account with no problem. Give them a ring and see what they say.

I have logged in today without a problem.

sorry for the delay, dont usually use the internet on saturdays.
No i havent got caps locked, a phonecall is a palaver when phoning from abroad. the problem seems to have occurred due to me using another pc, cuz the other one is being repaired.
I have had endless problems signing on. One very good lass went well over into her lunch hour sorting it out and eventually found that I was able to sign on as if I was using a mobile phone. But even that no longer works.
Piggy, if you've tried 6 times, it's probably locked you out now. Our bank only lets you fail log-in 3 times before you have to contact them.

Could you use email rather than a phone, is there a "contact us" facility?
