Stick it behind the clock for your old age like you did the £2.95 a week you got last year. I found that my £100 heating allowance and £10 Christmas bonus came in handy when I spent Christmas in the Seychelles.

The state pension is going up by around £3 a week in April. If you have a very small private pension then a 9p increase is possible
