Look at the dates mentioned on each of those links. For instance the 'PP 400W random orbit sander' was "Offered for sale between July 2006 and January 2011"
Many of those recall notices have been on the B&Q website for years, meaning that probably only one or two are added each year, at most. Further, some relate only to 'poor product quality' (such as the 'Blooma Picnic Chair in assorted colours', where the recall notice relates to sales in 2011), rather than to specific safety issues.
Given the vast range of products sold by B&Q (including many with obvious potential safety issues, such as power tools, electrical items and chemicals), I see that list as reassuringly small!
