my partner wants out the joint mortgage but i dont think the mortgage company will let me take it on im always using my overdraft on my bank account but i have no loans or credit cards and no ccjs against me my yearly wage is 20000 and the mortgage is 45000 over 20 years. all my bills including the mortgage always get paid on time could anyone tell me if i have a chance and what happens if they dont let me take it on and if they dont could i leave it as a joint mortgage and take her name off the deeds

I think you should be fine. The standard mortgage ratio for a single person is usually 3 x salary.

That means you could technically have a mortgage of �60,000.

Assuming your house is worth more than �45,000 there should be absolutely no problem.
And I don't know how old you are but some firms (Virgin, Intelligent Finance) let you borrow over 25 years, and pay what you want above the minimum, which might make things easier.
