All workers, including part time, have a statutory right to 4 weeks paid holiday a year. There is no minimum number of hours, but of course each week of paid holiday will be equivalent only to the number of hours you work, so if you work 15 hours a week, you get 60 hours per year paid holiday. Incidentally, there is no statutory right to paid Public/Bank Holidays; so an employer can include those in the 4 weeks paid annual holidays. For a more detailed explanation, see
