Kids want to see spend more time with there dad, which I have no real problem with. However there dad will only except 7 days on 7 days of. At the moment my eldest is doing this as he left of his own accord and he is nearly 12 and thinks this is the only option. My youngest who is nearly 10 wants to spend more time but realise's that it needs to be done properly. saying she misses me when with dad and dad when with me ( I.e with discussion). My ex does not listen and say that I have no say in the matter. I am taking legal advice as I know we need to go to medication.

My Ex said to my son last week when he was with me for 7 days that he couldn't go to his house for tea as it wasn't fair!!!! he is a very minpulating man and i am sure he is only doing this to get at me.

I am really scared that we may end up in a situation down the line where the kids are with him and they want to come home and he wont let them as it only fair. does anyone have any experience of this or has lived through or is living through this at the moment.

It is being delt with correctly and I only want my voice to be heard, if it is truly what the kids want then thats fine i guess though it will be hard i just dont think that the understand the full implemtations or how controlling there father can be. Can not speak to ex's parents so please any ideas or words . Thanks
