Even if, under such circumstances, your parents reported you as "missing" and the police became aware of your location, they would be prohibited from telling your parents where you were (although they could assure them as to your well-being).
So it follows that the lesser step which you're considering is equally permissible.

Young people need parental consent to marry until they become 17 years old but they can leave home at 16. (Some young people actually leave home before that age but usually with the agreement of Social Services. I've taught several 15-year-olds, and one 14-year-old, who've been living in their own flats with the support of Social Services).

It seems you can but keep in mind the fact that people change a lot from 16 to 25.
A good way of keeping your options open would be to come to a joint decision not to have babies for a few years. Then, if things don't work out fewer people get hurt. Seen it so often and it can be messy.
Hope you are one of the lucky ones.

who will pay for you to live with your boyfriend? - is he going to support you? You would have no money for things you need unless you are working.
It would also be important to understand your cultural background as this may affect whether your family want anything to do with you after you leave. Are you and your boyfriend from the same background?
