Going Backwards

hi, my nearly 5 year old has been potty trained for 2 years and dry at night for over a year, however she has recently started to wet the bed again. I don't think it's emotional because if we put her on the loo before we go to bed, she is usually dry the next morning.
Is there anything i should be doing?
