If I used this recipe would I bee able to freeze it?
And how about reheating?

I would think the eggs would go really rubbery
Even though many egg dishes can be frozen I'd be a bit sus about this one.
Maybe do everything else, freeze it and add the eggs on the day.
not a good idea to freeze eggs - they do tend to go rubbery, the textures all wrong
I agree with what 1ozzy suggests though, to freeze the rest and add eggs on the day
you could make the onion mixture and that will keep in the fridge for a couple of days too
both of these recipes are really good & again you can add egg later
