I mentioned in thread below that during the night I was getting mild pains. I was only noticing them after I had been down to the toilet and they were wearing off pretty quick and not coming back til I got up and went back to bed again. Ive not had nothing else since. Just got up from a little nap and believe I have just had a show.

I know the shows can happen for a week or so before labour actually begins but with the light pains as well, is it or isnt it?

As I never had any when I had my daughter, I just wondered what are your experiences of having shows?

Im sorry you didnt get your homebirth but I think many would feel the same if in that much pain at just 2cms.

Sounds like the car journey may have got things moving more.

Shes absolutely gorgeous.
funnily enough shes the same weight as my daughter was and she came two weeks early.
