Miscarriage....No period ???

Had a miscarriage over NY & on 13th Jan had a D&C. Its been nearly 10 weeks now with no sign of a period. Most the websites I have looked on regarding this say you usually come on prob no later than 8 weeks. Any ideas..or anyone been this long. I have taken a preggi test last night & it was negative.

I had a MC on July 1st last year and I went 14 weeks after without a period. All was fine as Im now 14 weeks pregnant with Baby 2!
I think the websites/books etc give a general length of time for things like this.
If you still have no sign in a few weeks then I'd maybe go back to the GP and get some advice.
Don't worry too much, it'l all come good in the end!

1st off i hope ur feeling better now 10weeks on i had a miscarrige last september n personaly it woz 1 of the worst experiances ive every had n took a long time to get over and your 1st period after (mind 12 weeks) is not sumthing u wont to wish for personally it brought back all the feeling that i was rubbish as i women this is what i was designed for n couldnt even do that, the empty feeling a bit of a bitch 2 live with but dont panic every1 is so different n ur body will cope different 2 for example mind if your worried go to the doctors it will put your mind at rest or go to the family planning they narmally tend to have more time to just chat than the doctor best of luck n i hope everything goes well for you its sumthing u will never 4get but u learn to live with it x
