You seem to have made up your mind, and judging your last comment you don't seem to like her anyway! So why invite her? Maybe try to have some empathy for someone who may genuinely not be able to afford it. I've been there, and had to refuse events with people that were actually very important to me. It's easy to say 'she lives at home and has no bills', but it's rare any of us really know someone else's circumstances (even if you think you do. I earn decent money, so people think I should pay for them, but they don't know what I have to pay in rent and debt, which is very annoying and judgmental, so give her a break or move on.
