Why Did She Not Come Back

I told my girlfriend that I would not convert to Islam for her when it comes to marriage. Have told her to marry where her parents wish. I realised my mistake and then wanted her back but she didn’t come back. Why ?? Initially I said I will convert but later changed my mind

She, and her parents, may want her to marry within their faith, the fact that you changed your mind may have demonstrated your heart wasn't in it

Not that I know of MWG14. It's a while since I read the Q'ran, but I'm pretty certain that they aren't.
