Please can anyone give me a clue as to which games are suitable ie. difficulty wise for an average 6 yera old/. Loads say 3+ but that is rated by violence and not capability. The backs of the boxes dont give you any idea at all. Oh for a girl. Thanks in advance

Ratatouille is quite an easy game to play.
The Nintendogs are good for boy or girl. It takes a bit setting up, but my niece has it and she will be 6 in Jan.

We also have Bratz which is fun too.
Hi winny :o)
My 9 year old Daughter has 'Cooking mama' and my 4 year old daughter plays it and is quite good at it too!!
I will second the 'Cooking Mama' and all the Nintendogs games.

My 6 and 10 year olds are great on them!
Whatever happed to cluedo...
Try 42 all time classics - has a very wide variety of board and card games and they can all be multi player with just one game card.

Not sure what its like but the new High School Musical DS game is likely to be very popular with this age this christmas, I'm getting my 7 year old it. My daughter plays cake mania on the PC which they have on the DS, also nintendogs, a horse one, animal crossing & cooking mama.
