Yesterday me and my FORMER best friend had a massive argument she admitted that she'd had sex with my 14 year old brother (she's 22). She was boasting how he was shy at first how she seduced him and took his virginity when she stayed at my house last week.

I wanted to knock her out, another of my friends had to stop me. How could she take advantage of him like that, he's only 14. How could she get any pleasure out of it knowing how young he was . Today she's posted a facebook message saying she is the proud owner of a certain young mans cherry. I'm so angry I could kill her

What should I do about her and what should I say to my brother

to be honest i would point out th her its illegal. prob tell my mum as it would be up to her if wanted to report it and tell her to get it off facebook or u will report it.

For Funks Sake..............Tell your mum/dad NOW and let them report her to ALL the authorities, for having under age sex with your brother. Pretty simple really, is'nt it?...and why have'nt you done it yet, if it's your brother, for crying out loud. Unbelievable

Having sex with a minor,ie children under 16 is illegal and should be reported to the police.
If your "friend " is prosecuted and found guilty which is likely,if what you say is true,she will automatically be placed on the sex offenders list,as well as facing a
possible custodial sentence.

How does your brother feel about this? You must take his feelings into account before taking ANY action.

but it does depend on whether the CPS think there is enough evidence to bring the case against her to the courts and also whether your brother is willing to make a statement about it, which he probably won't do. At 14 he could have been bragging about it to his mates or be so mortified and upset he is in turmoil, and so like any other rape case, the victom should be considered.

why shoul you he is 14 its illegal for a reason...he is a child. yes his feelings count but it should be made clear why its getting reported so he understands some kids might not be as mature also could be younger.

Regardless of the 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink' older experiencedwoman/callow young man element to this situation, your former best friend not only has committed a criminal act, she has carried out the worse kind of betrayal of you and your family. And she has the bare-faced cheek to brag about it !!

Screen-save the admissions she has made. Talk to your brother and tell him, gently, that your parents need to be involved in this matter. Try not to ask him, because I'm sure he will just want it all to go away, not least from the embarrassment of his family knowing about his sex-life.........

Try to cool your anger, kailee; put your energies into protecting and helping your brother.
