My stepmum is wanting a divorce form my dad and it looks like she has been the money grabber we always predicted

They've only been married a year, well 2 but seperated a year and she's being very nasty. I would love to contact her and let her know what me and my brother think of her and how its upsetting us so much. I speak to my dad everyday and he's in tears the whole time, not eating, sleeping and she's being a bit of a madam

If i was to contact her and let her know my thoughts could this be used against my dad in a divorce?

My niece doesn't like women.

How old do you think a child should be to get their ears pierced?

agree with all that has been said..these sorts like the attention whether good or bad they are inviting reaction which you WILL NOT give !!! The best you can do is to be there for dad when he needs you... if it is any consolation after such a brief marriage it is unlikely the court will decide much in her favour in any case as she will have to prove that she contributed to the marriage materially and if dad already had house etc then any award will only be based on what she thereafter brought to the marriage.
Try to be strong for dad..he is going to need his little girl.......

hi tigwig, you'll probably be very confused with all my family problems!!! the reason i was looking for you was you had answered my post ages ago that got removed. i was wondering if you would remember about it because you might have been able to give advice on my mums boyfriends latest problems. without knowing what i originally discussed and my mums bf's problems and past (which i described in my post long ago) it would be hard to give me advice

theres not many people i can talk to about what he done in the past and remembered you had replied. it was just a long shot to see if you remembered. im not wanting to post again as it will probably be removed

Sorry I have a terrible memory and I am wracking my brains to think as you would have thought if it was something so bad to get removed I would remember but I cant! Maybe you could word it tactfully on a new thread without going into too much detail and others may be able to help as well?

i doubt very much whether she gives a toss what you think of her and would probably scan read the message then ignore it...so dont waste your time and risk causing more trouble

it may help your anger to write the letter...vent, let it out etc ...then dont send it..
