jelly and blancmange!

Am i dreaming or can you make up a packet of jelly and a packet of blancmange and when cool mix them together to set?

Nope Triggs, dont heat the milk. Make the jelly as normal, but with less water, then when fairly cool (not cold and already set) whisk in the evap milk, keep whisking it so it stays frothy, then put in fridge.

I tried mixing in the milk to the jelly once and must have done it too early - the jelly has to be slightly set - that way you will get a nice bubbly texture.

Dream Topping - I loved that, might have to go and buy some.
