Quite a basic salad with steak, thinly sliced so I can have it really rare!!, prawns and tempura prawns...

I am attempting to make a risotto for the first time. I'm not usually allowed in the kitchen (for good reason) so this could go horribly wrong. Snags may need hospitalisation but hey ho...

I've chosen a pretty simple one for my first go so I'm hoping it's going to turn out alright. I used to think I wsa ore a case of 'won't cook' but am starting to believe it's more 'can't cook' these days.

i trebled my clubcard vouchers and now have £60 that can only be spent on their finest range. I rang hubby to see what he fancied. Kids are out and we are going to see harry potter later.
he said he's not hungry as he had a cooked dinner in the canteen :(

Ill have to save them for another time.
so instead of my special feast i shall have garlic mushrooms on garlic bread. yum
