I break the eggs into a bowl and add some milk and beat them up. If I wasn`t watching the fat content, I would melt some butter in a saucepan then add the eggs, mixing them almost constantly so that they don`t solidify on the bottom.
Butter in a bowl, melt in microwave.
beat the eggs and add with a drop of milk, salt and pepper.
Cook on full, but stop it every 30 seconds or so and break up with a fork.
Remove from oven and allow it to finish cooking.
The shallower the bowl you use the quicker it cooks.
I agree with Postdog - and my scrambled eggs get compliments from all the family. The secret is to stop cooking just before the egg fully sets, residual heat completes the job.
Melt a good knob of butter in a non-stick pan.
Lightly beat your eggs adding ONLY pepper.
When the butter just begins to bubble add salt to the egg and straight into the pan.
Stir often until it begins to thicken, when it is almost at the consistency you prefer, (I like soft but not 'set') take it off the heat and continue to stir as you serve.
I don't add any extra fluid at all and the salt only goes in at the last moment because it causes the egg to 'split' if it sits in it for any time.
eggs, milk or cream, in a bowl, add salt and black pepper, whisk well, into a med hot pan with a little oil and butter, stir untill almost dry, remembering to scrape the eggs away from sides and bottom.
the big thing about a microwave is that it is virtually mess free. Any kind of pan you use on the hob will be left with hardened on egg probably and even a non stick will require scraping it away.
which, postdog, is why mine is the bestest ever and miles better than ummmmses. you just wipe out the pyrex bowl. no mess. no fuss. delishuss scrambledy eggs.
eggs, pepper and salt with milk in a bowl. I then melt a knob of butter in a pan and wait until its melted. I then add the egg mixture, if im feeling in the mood i add little grated chedder. Cook until well scrambled yum!
havent got any cream but will cook in non stick frying pan then with a knob of butter and pepper just for a change. Wish me luck --will keep stirring away and hope for scrumptious scrambled eggs.
