I suspect you read that I wished it were black in 45 mins Ron, referring to a previous post. The thing is that it is a combination (micro & normal) oven and I use the normal oven part on on a few occassions. Usually when I'm finishing off a baked potato that I've already made soft using the microwave. I'm beginning to have doubts about how hot it really gets then. (I know I should have bought and installed the full size one I want to get before now, but the wall still needs finishing and the hood installed etc..)
I'll have to go find a good oven thermometer to buy and use, but these days I find it difficult to make a decision on an item or the 'get up & go'to actually put an order in. (You'd never believe the number of web pages I keep open with stuff I think I want to buy but still not done so.)
So, Maude, how did the roast onion go ?
