How many calories does each Weightwatchers point have?Im thinking 75?

There is no direct equivalent, because a weightwatchers point is based on a calculation which takes into account calories, fat and fibre.

"A good rule of thumb is to add 1 point for every 50 calories and every 12 grams of fat and subtract 1 point for every 5 grams of fibre."
