I need 5 cheeses for a cheese board. What should I choose? In a bit of a hurry - so thanks in advance :-)

Cheese string.
Laughing Cow triangle.
Tesco Value sliced square.
Dairylea Dunker.
Some of that nasty pseudo cheese with Cranberry bits.

Perl Las... blue cheese - gorgeous. Also a good mature cheddar. Brie. Maybe a smoked cheese. And a herby/garlic goats cheese.
I would go for.....in a perfect world

Godminster Cheddar
Wigmore Brie
Berkshire Blue
Greens of Glastonbury smoked cheddar
Devon rustic
Goats cheese
Ossau Iraty
Mountain Comté
Swiss Cave aged Gruyere
Stilton
A good mature cheddar.
Brie.
Camembert.
Dolcelatte.
Inkeeper's Choice.

Got to be more the think water biscuits or normal crackers for me, not keen on the digestive ones with cheese - I like the biscuits light for the emphasis on the cheese :)

Ooh and a nice glass of port and lots of good filter coffee for after.
On reflection, I might swap the Devon rustic for a Caboc.
cheddar
gouda
gorgonzola
red leicester
applewood.
THE MICE AND THE CHEESE

If you are planning to catch mice in a trap then I would suggest mousetrap cheese. You did not say if your cheese was for humans or mice.
