I do keep mine in the fridge in their box but I leave a few out overnight to get to room temp if I using them for brekkie or during the daytime. Same with cheese, kept in the fridge but brought up to room temp before using. This has always suited us. I dont know whats right and whats wrong as there has been so many discussions about these over the years
