Creme Reina Margot
Turbot Sauce Homard
Whitebait
Mutton Cutlets
Supreme of chicken a la Stanley
Sirloin of beef
Roast duckling and apple sauce
Veal and baked ham

All served with vegetables and potatoes.

Yes doing the whole menu but I tend to do a fish course with a taster of the fish, a meat course with a taster of each meat dish.

Boo it is only refined until the first couple of bottles of champagne have been sunk!!
