I'm going to do a lemony Pork tenderloin and garlicky mediterranean vegetable tray bake, with fresh herbs


Fresh raspberry cheecake for pud

Either salmon in a lime, garlic, chilli and ginger marinade with lemony rice, or jerk chicken, or jerk chicken with rice and peas. Haven't quite decided yet. Might see what everyone else is having before I make up my mind!

I have no idea. I only got back from a weekend away last night so I don't know what Mr BM has/has not eaten. I cba to go to the supermarket so it could be dining out tonight.

We had pasta last night that I picked up from the Co-op on the way home. Despite it being their posh "simply irresistible" range, Mr BM declared it "not a patch on yours, please never buy pasta again". Lol. Damn shame I've wrecked the pasta machine.

Lovely jacket potatoes with plenty of lancashire cheese and a lovely salad made up of lambs lettuce, pea shoots, diced tomatoes,onions,cucumber mixed with sweetcorn etc. I love experimenting with salads
