Halogen oven -mmph prefer my convection or Aga and the cooker tops in this are too fragile to chipping and cracking. An electrician in the States had to buy a new one for us, having dropped an ice-cream maker on it, when fitting

I wouldn't be without my microwave for defrosting, re-heating home-cooked casseroles/soups, making sauces, cooking fish fillets etc etc. Don't have any of the other things and don't want them. I wouldn't be without my food processor or 42-year-old Kenwood electric whisk!
Yes Eccles, still experimenting but the man in our local Indian said I could go in and see how they make theirs. Have to find a time when I have the time, and they're not too busy but looking forward to it.
I have a halogen...got it because my fan oven had died. I only drag it out for roasts.
I boughs a GF grill years ago...hated it as it didn't really grill. Like DT said...a le Creuset does the job.
My microwave died a year ago...I didn't replace it until a few months ago...it gets used mostly for heating gel packs,or defrosting...or lil pasta uses it when she visits.
The slow cooker is my fav...I use it several times a week...wouldn't be without it. I've thought of getting rid of the cooker like boxy has.
I use my microwave for heating drinks and defrosting, my new fitted oven has a slow cook setting and a defrost setting. So I don't really need anything else.
We use our combi oven mostly for roasting, we mostly use the microwave for defrosting or for heating up stuff like soup. Saves on the washing up, heat it in the bowl :-)
Couldn't be without a microwave .Useful for defrosting ,heating up soup ,leftovers ,wheat bags etc .You can't defrost bread or rolls in water when you need it quickly :)
Love my slow cooker ,best bit of kitchen gear ever invented .It was a godsend when I was working to come home to a hot meal .
Haven't got a GF grill or a halogen oven .Not something I would buy .
The only other gadgets I use a lot are a stick blender ,mini food chopper and Kenwood hand mixer/beater thingy .
