Restaurant Flyer.
21 Answers
I've just had a flyer from a Polish restaurant pushed through the letterbox. The delicacies on the menu include.
Sauerkraut & mushroom dumplings.
Potato pancakes & sauce.
Polish cabbage stew.
Happy cake?
Having been to a Polish restaurant some years ago, I don't think I will be darkening their doors again.

I'm studying Polish at evening classes at the moment. At the end of last term our group had a pre-Christmas meal at the Polish club in Cambridge. (Main courses listed here: http:// www.klu bpoloni a.co.uk /files/ dania%2 0miesne %2026%2 009.pdf I had the Gołąbki z sosem grzybowym).
I really enjoyed the meal, as did everyone else. The reviews on TripAdvisor are also a good deal better than many 'celebrity chef' restaurants achieve:

Great food, sensible prices, great beers ( http:// www.klu bpoloni a.co.uk /files/ napoje% 20zimne .pdf ). As Anne says, what's not to like?

Oh be fair, Carrust. It was on Abbeydale Road, which is hardly known for the quality of the food establishments! (Written by someone who lived for a year in Nether Edge and later for two years on Abbeydale Road South, just across the road from The Beauchief). Ecclesall Road is the place to go for decent grub ;-)
I went here for a wedding reception a few years ago. I hate wedding 'do's but this place was really good.
