How do you defrost bread rolls. What do you find produces the best results. Sometimes mine go a bit soggy.

For preference defrost at room temp. If you want them crispier, put in low oven for a few minutes. Or, if in a real hurry, a few seconds in the microwave and then oven.
When defrosted, just a couple of minutes each side on the "bun rack" of the electric toaster. Just like freshly-baked...and much cheaper than putting the oven on!
Rolls defrost very quickly. I take them out of their wrappings and let them defrost on a rack. A quick perk up in a warm oven if needed.
