I have a couple of cod loin pieces, would it be OK to wrap them in foil and cook them in the oven, which is what I normally do with salmon?

They have fingers as well Whiskyry And in our local M&S they are selling fish balls. Now that is a new one on me.

Retro - thanks for the receipe it was excellent (the 'gravy' was lovely). Not had smoked cod before but it was on the reduced counter so we thought we'd give it a whirl and really enjoyed. How did you check up go? Xx
