I want to make sandwiches (to take for lunches) for as long as possible, and freeze the lot. I like tuna, I've heard cucumber goes mushy if you freeze it. Can I freeze tuna & sweetcorn? What about any other types of sandwich?

I'd look in the freezers at supermarkets to see what's frozen and then go from there. Meat and stuff should be ok, but make sure it's defrosted properly. Won't the whole lot go soggy and horrible though as it defrosts? Wouldn't you be best off (if money no expense) buying those sandwich fillers in tins/jars and just taking them into work with two slices of frozen bread and filling them when you're ready to eat?
