I am eating supper already. It is 8.15 here in Mauritius. Lamb curry and potato wedges. I ordered a glass of wine and waiter said "one free one" which amazed me. Then I realised he was saying one three one - my room number!

I had to come out to Mauritius to work on Saturday and am fine as I know the people here and they are very friendly and kind. Strangers say bonjour every time they pass you and people you know kiss you on both cheeks. x
