We've got a leaky fridge and need to defrost freezer, and then OH has the mother of all hangovers and says he'll be sick if he eats anything. :(

Lamb chops, new spuds, broad,runner and French beans all out of the allotment, there might be a bit of broccoli as well. Finished off with raspberries and ice cream.

I've got a choice...a packet of (raw) prawns that I'd forgotten that I'd taken out of the freezer,and/or some salmon fillets that need using.
Think it's going to be buttery pan fried prawns for a late lunch...salmon for tonight. I'm eating an awful lot of fish lately. Maybe due to the weather.

Got a couple of nice pieces of Pork fillet which I'm going to roast and serve with chips, coleslaw and salad, including loads of nice tomatoes from the greenhouse.

Melon to start. Very unimaginative main, but OH likes it, of rump steak (1 between 2 cut in half so I can ruin his by burning it and eat my own rare) with asparagus, sweetcorn and new potatoes. Rhubarb crumble to finish!

Right, when he's finished ar5ing around in the kitchen, I'm going to do salmon fillets, salad, a carrot and mooli slaw and a big ole dollop of hummus on the side.

Is he any good with washer/driers? Could have done with him a couple of months ago lol (got replacement now, wash machines don't like me much)

With Pasta saying she's eating more fish recently, made me think, I've been eating more fish too
Mr Alba caught a lovely sea trout a couple of weeks ago and boy, it was delish
